Production process:

Crush petroleum asphalt into small particles, add diesel fuel while stirring (mass ratio of 1:2) heated to 30°C-45°C, add fuming sulfuric acid reaction of 1.5-2 hours, add 30% potassium hydroxide aqueous solution and neutralization, adjust the PH value to 7-9, the oil layer is separated, and the reactants are dried and crushed to get the sulfonated asphalt powder.
